Eldercare Locator - The Eldercare Locator (1-800-677-1116) is a national resource database available by phone or through the web and managed by the Administration on Community Living. This database helps callers looking for information and assistance about services and programs throughout the United States.

www.medicare.gov - Drug and health plan finder

www.ssa.gov - When and how to sign up for Medicare and applying for Low Income Assistance for drug plans.

www.medicareinteractive.org - This website is maintained by the Medicare Rights Center. The site provides an excellent overview of Medicare Basics and is easy to use and navigate.

www.benefitscheckup.org - Find out what Federal and/or state programs provide assistance (financial) with Medicare Part B premiums, drug plan premiums and copays, utilities and food. Also will find useful information on housing and elder care assistance.

MassHousing Hoarding Resource Directory - Lists individuals, organizations and groups to help confront hoarding.

Massachusetts Rehabilitation Commission's Home Modification Loan Program - This state funded loan program began in 1999 and has assisted hundreds of Massachusetts residents by providing low or no interest loans to make access and safety modifications to the residence of elders and individuals with disabilities. The intent of the program is to allow people to remain in their homes and live more independently in their communities.

DisabilityInfo.org - INDEX collects and maintains up-to-date information on programs, providers and services in Massachusetts that have something to offer to people with disabilities. INDEX is a project of the Eunice Kennedy Shriver Center at the University of Massachusetts Medical School.

AB Cares - A community-based collaborative effort in Acton and Boxborough that seeks to prevent suicide across the life span and support those who are impacted.

Rainbow LGBT Aging Resource Guide - This booklet includes resources that provide programs, services and helpful information to the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer (LGBTQ) aging community in and around Boston.

Make the Connection - connects Veterans, their families and friends, and other supporters to mental health information, a tool for finding local mental health resources, and videos of Veterans sharing their inspiring stories of recovery. The site is free to use and accessible to everyone.
