Arlington Fire Relief FundOn January 22, an early morning fire affected Chestnut Manor, a housing complex for seniors and people with disabilities run by the Arlington Housing Authority. The Arlington Department of Health and Human Services, through the Council on Aging has established a donation fund to support the residents that have been impacted. Hear key themes from their assessment, share your perspective, and discuss potential solutions. All attendees are entered to win a $100 Visa Gift Card! Register for a Zoom session on February 9 at 8:30am or February 16 at 5:30pm Spring Forward Save the DateOur 2nd Annual Spring Forward Fun Run/Walk will be held May 1-8. Participants will complete a 5K or 10K walk or run along a route of their choosing. This event will benefit all the valuable programs that Minuteman provides and is aligned with our mission of enhancing health and well-being, as all who participate will benefit as well. We had bids totaling over $11,000 and much sponsor support, raising $17,370.00, funding that will allow us to serve those most in need during these challenging times. New this year was a partnership with Kendra Scott, and we are grateful for those who participated. We received a check for $233.00, which represents 20% of each purchase made during the designated weekend.
