Hoarding: A Community Health Challenge 

Decluttering Group

Decluttering Group Starting April 11

Are your possessions taking over your house? Do you know someone whose clutter is having a negative impact on their relationships, employment, or safety? Our support group can help! This free 10 week program is for adults of all ages. Pre-registration is required. For more information please call Susan at 781-221-7052.

Take a Step Toward Better Health!

These workshops will help you live life more fully with chronic disease, avoid falls, and manage the stress of caregiving. Pre-registration required. You do not have to live in a town to register for a workshop.

Enhanced Caregiver Support

We have time limited grant funding to help people with dementia and their caregivers.

  • Alzheimer’s Disease and other dementia-related illness can increase your loved one’s risk of nutrition problems, which exacerbate symptoms of the disease, increase caregiver stress, and lead to more frequent hospitalizations.
