These workshops will help you live life more fully with chronic disease, avoid falls, and manage the stress of caregiving. Pre-registration required. You do not have to live in a town to register for a workshop.

Alzheimer’s Disease and other dementia-related illness can increase your loved one’s risk of nutrition problems, which exacerbate symptoms of the disease, increase caregiver stress, and lead to more frequent hospitalizations. Thanks to generous local grants, we are able to offer specialized nutritional assessment and counseling in your home, and family caregiver coaching and support around nutrition issues. There is no cost for this service but it is time-limited. Click for details
