Nutrition Counseling for People with Dementia

Alzheimer’s Disease and other dementia-related illness can increase your loved one’s risk of nutrition problems, which exacerbate symptoms of the disease, increase caregiver stress, and lead to more frequent hospitalizations. Thanks to generous local grants, we are able to offer specialized nutritional assessment and counseling in your home, and family caregiver coaching and support around nutrition issues. There is no cost for this service but it is time-limited. Click for details

This prograrm is funded through grants from the Foundation for MetroWest and the Northwest Suburban Health Alliance/CHNA 15 DoN funds from Lahey Hospital and Medical Center and Winchester Hospital.
