MEDICAL TRANSPORT You can provide an elder with crucial access to medical care by driving someone to and from doctor's appointments. This could be just one hour once a month! If any of these volunteer opportunities interest you, please call: Debbie Barr at (781)-221-7023 Email: d.barr@minutemansenior.org MEALS ON WHEELS DRIVERS If you can spare just one lunch-hour per month or more, you can deliver nutritious lunches to local homebound elders in Acton, Bedford, Concord, Carlisle, Lexington, Maynard, or Woburn. The need is great! MEAL SITE ASSISTANT Help out at your local hot lunch program where elders gather to get a low-cost nutritious meal; volunteers are needed to help set-up, serve and clean up. An opportunity to meet a lot of nice people.
